Kingsoo Group is the holding company for three fully owned subsidiaries incorporated under the laws of Nigeria as Limited Liability companies.
Kingsoo Investments Limited
Incorporated in 1999 to embark on a growth program through the establishment of branch offices and acquisitions of complementary competitive assets, resulting in one of the leading customs brokerage organizations in Nigeria.
Kingsoo Global Maritime Limited
Incorporated in 2002, the company was designed to create a unique maritime service company that will think globally but act locally in providing efficient and competitive service to Nigerian growing oil and gas operations.
The company has made a significant investment into a new supply base in Port Harcourt to improve and enhance the services it provides to the expanding oil and gas operators in the Niger Delta area.
Starworld Global Resources Limited
Incorporated in 2006 to fulfil the demand for a service provider with hands-on skills on in supply chain to provide goods and services to IOCs, NOCs and Major Contractors and Engineers throughout Nigeria.
We aim to be a key route to market sourcing of raw materials and finished goods for effective operations in the Nigerian market.
Our business model focuses on two areas: delivering maximum value and providing a seamless· service to customers and Projects in selected sectors in Nigeria and Trading which focuses on buying and selling high volume commercial grade commodity products to service centres, and large end-users across the country, targeting customers who are geographically dislocated from their suppliers
